The scholarship is designed to support the education of Iranian descent women of any age or citizenship enrolled in a Master of Science or final year of a Doctorate programme studying STEM.

The scholarship will be a total of GBP 1500. Eligible applicants will be encouraged to submit their application for the 2026-2027 academic year to Persia Educational Foundation by 5:00 pm GMT on Monday, 20 April 2026. Following review and consultation, the scholarship results will be announced on Friday, 8 May 2026.

Requirements and Eligibility:

• Submit a complete copy of the application
• Be enrolled in a STEM programme at a top STEM university in the U.K. and Europe
• Be of Iranian descent
• Possess and maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Demonstrate a commitment to community service
• Submit two letters of recommendation, one from a previous professor and one from an organisation where you have performed community service, demonstrating academic excellence and financial need

In addition to those interested in supporting Iranian descent students in the UK, scholarship awardees are also highly encouraged to contribute to this Fund following their successful graduation and securing employment.
